Ging Freecss from Hunter x Hunter bears a striking resemblance to Yusuke Urameshi from Yu Yu Hakusho, and that’s no coincidence. Both characters were created by Yoshihiro Togashi, who has acknowledged their similarities. Ging and Yusuke share a rebellious attitude, a strong sense of independence, and a tendency to act according to their own moral compass rather than blindly follow rules.
While Yusuke is a teenage delinquent with a heart of gold, Ging represents a more mature, unpredictable figure with a deep thirst for adventure.
